Located at street level with abundant natural light, this new modern space is fully serviced and spans an area of 6000 square feet which can hold up to 180 people.


Spread over two floors, this stylish space can be flexed based on your requirements to create one larger room, two or three rooms on each floor. Alternatively the whole venue can be completely opened up including the public areas which will present a 'warehouse' feel.

We're delighted with our feedback!

Every client who has organised an event at 110 Rochester Row since we opened in September has booked to use the space again.

We had a great time, and the venue was great. I particularly liked the large cups (most venues have such small ones!) and the selection of teas and biscuits, but the whole thing was perfect in terms of modern equipment, lovely décor and everything very clean.

Each and every one of us is trained in all aspects of running the venue so your requests will be met in a timely and efficient manner without that dreaded lag whilst requests are passed from one person to another. All our AV in the rooms is free and easy to use with the touch of a button.
